Mermaids Beauty Salon can at times be booked out 1 to 3 weeks in advance, particularly for longer appointments such as Facials, Body Treatments and Packages, so please keep this in mind when booking.

 

We will always try our best to schedule your appointment as soon as possible. We can also place you on a cancellation list for your preferred days and times.

 

Appointments can be made in person in our boutique on the shopping level of Pittwater Place or in our salon upstairs.

Mermaids Covid Policy Cancellations and Changes

Mermaids Beauty maintains a high level of a Covid safe environment. We have a duty of care to our staff and clients under work and safety requirements. For this reason we ask everyone who visits Mermaids to be vaccinated or have a medical exemption to view. We thank you for your understanding.

 

Appointments have a time allocation reserved especially for you and we understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule.

 

We require 24 hours notice of cancellation or changes, so your allocated time can be offered to other clients, otherwise a fee may be incurred or your gift voucher voided.

  

Arrival

Please be aware that late arrivals are subject to reduced treatment times. If your appointment is for any Facial Therapy or Skin Clinic Treatment for the first time, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow yourself to unwind and fill in your consultation card.

  

Salon Etiquette

Our salon is a peaceful and relaxing environment. Please refrain from using your mobile phone, and ensure it is switched off or turned to silent. Please be aware that noise from children is disturbing to other clients.
